Refining Relational Attachment (SAND)

Refining Relational Attachment (SAND)
Science and Nonduality (SAND) invites you to a free powerful workshop on relational attunement produced by our partners Thomas Hübl and Diane Poole Heller.

From an early age, many of us are taught to ignore or repress our emotions. Subsequently, these unprocessed feelings often show up in unhealthy ways in our adult lives––from fear, anxiety, self-esteem issues to anger, depression and self-harm.

How do we come into contact with these suppressed emotions without further activating our old emotional wounds?

Fortunately, there are powerful skills and practices we can learn that allow us to reconnect on a deeper and more spiritual level with ourselves, so that we can find equilibrium, process our experiences, practice presence and grow open to restoring connections with others.

And as we learn to refine and strengthen our own attunement, we learn how to connect, build relationships with others and begin to feel more safe in the world.

We’re delighted to share an invitation for a live, 90-minute free training workshop that will support and strengthen your attunement skills––Refining Relational Resilience.

It will be hosted by our colleagues Thomas Hübl and Dr. Diane Poole Heller, who have teamed up together to share insights gained from over 50 combined years of working with thousands of therapists, individuals, couples and groups in one-on-one sessions, workshops, courses, corporate and live events throughout the world.

Here’s what will be covered in this 90-minute live training:
  • The relationship between attunement and different types of trauma (including attachment trauma and collective trauma)
  • What can cause misattunement and inhibit our connections to others
  • How to cultivate awareness of self, the other and the relational field
  • How to harness the negative energy of emotional wounds and turn it into post-traumatic growth, resilience and learning

Thomas and Diane will also share simple grounding meditations and experiential exercises that support you as you meet the challenges of trauma, both personally and professionally.

At the end of the training, Thomas and Diane will answer your questions live. There will be a replay recording available the day after the training.

We hope you’ll check this program out. It’s a unique opportunity to learn from two world-renowned experts in trauma and attachment directly.
