OG Yoga’s mission is to deliver trauma-informed, mindfulness- based yoga through partnerships with non-profit organizations serving marginalized individuals and correctional facilities to support healing, resilience, self- development and positive social change.

Learn how to bring yoga to the world in the spirit of service.

This workshop is designed to provide an overview of trauma-informed, mindfulness-based yoga. It is a precursor to a new 200-hr and 300-hr Service Yoga Teacher Training School (SYTTS) scheduled for launch in 2018 by OG Yoga.
$250 public / $200 OG Yoga Ambassadors.

Tuition will be credited to SYTTS enrollment.
