New Year - New Mind, Body & Soul

It's a New Year! We thought it would be a great opportunity to take on a new practice or learn something new for your Mind, Body, and Soul. We invite you to a conversation with two special guests on renewing the mind, body, and soul. We will explore the connections between our minds and our bodies, learn how meditation can help us calm our brains and heal from stress, and hear how one trauma specialist is using trauma-informed healing techniques in the community.

This event will be held through Zoom and streamed on Facebook LIVE
