An Online Event with Pierre-Etienne Vannier MSc, CHt

On the first Monday of each month, we are gathering and connecting online to reflect on the past month(s), let go of emotional dead weight, strengthen our ability to be compassionate towards ourselves and others, and set a clear intention for the month(s) to come. This group aims at creating a safe and confidential space for open and meaningful self-reflection. In addition, we will also engage in embodied practices such as therapeutic meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and simple breathwork exercises.
