LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation to Lift a Heavy Heart

LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation to Lift a Heavy Heart w/ Jennifer Cox

"My true nature is the heart.
The heart is my true nature.
I am the unending bliss,
the oneness of the heart.
I Am. " *

Your True Nature Is Neither Depressed Nor Anxious

Do you or someone you know suffer from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder? Evidence-based LifeForce Yoga Tools can help.

LifeForce Yoga is intentionally designed to work with and manage mood. The practices support students and clients in self-regulation, and many of the yoga techniques can be done in a chair, in bed, and do not require a yoga mat. Most practices are evidence-based and have been adapted for clinical settings. Developed by Amy Weintraub, the practices are rooted in traditional active meditation and self-inquiry that embraces the polarities in our lives. LifeForce Yoga interweaves the power of an ancient discipline with current scientific findings to help you release what’s no longer serving you—without a story attached!

LifeForce Yoga is a practice of compassion that creates a big enough container to embrace and accept all the dualities of mood. The practice is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a more balanced (sattvic) and positive emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and self-awareness. This means we move slowly, teaching strategies that clear the temporary obstructions and that empower the student to access his or her own true nature.

In this ENERGIZING practice, we will meet your heavy, lethargic mood with a series of movements, sounds, visualizations, gestures, and meditations, intentionally designed to awaken and uplift your spirit.

No fancy equipment or attire is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement. Mats are available to borrow if you don't have one.

*Atma Hrdaye, a mantra learned from LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute director, Rose Kress. "This is a chant to the heart from the heart. It is the heart’s true nature to love for no reason at all, without conditions or judgment. Abiding in the heart’s true nature we understand that there is no separation between love and bliss and wholeness. Chanting this mantra with this essence in mind we can come to know the deepest wisdom of the heart, the oneness of being."

yes, there are actually 7 LifeForce Yoga practitioners in the ft lauderdale
area! here is a link to the search page
https://yogafordepression.com/...type=&category=0

in particular though, this one (
https://yogafordepression.com/...c-shafer-ph-d-lfyp-2)
seems most appropriate, as she is a phd and a clinical psychotherapist, as
well as a LFYP level 2 trauma specialist. Her websit
<https://www.limitlesspotentials.com/> says she works with children and
survivors of traumatic loss and grief. Considering what you shared, this
person sounds very well-qualified to help you and your grandson.

I hope this information helps you.

This sounds wonderful and something that would be so beneficial, not only for me, but for my 11 year old grandson, who witnessed our son's death.  Do you know of anything like this in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. area?
