How dangerous are ACEs to our long-term health and more importantly, how do we stop the cycle and start overcoming our traumatic childhoods? Join us as Brooke Arent, our TRF Board Member, Trauma Survivor, Trauma Blogger, and Health Scientist shares her story in how she overcame adversity, some vital links between ACEs and autoimmune disease and:
