Chefalo Consulting Trauma-Informed Masterclass: Winter 2025

Chefalo Consulting's Trauma-Informed Masterclass teaches foundational trauma-informed knowledge and skills, enabling participants to embed core trauma-informed values into their way of living.

Through experiential learning, skill-building exercises, guided discussions, and community-building, participants explore fundamental concepts that transform their perspectives. By shifting away from a deficit-based model of thought ("What's wrong with you?") towards a trauma-informed one ("What's happened to you?") and pushing even further towards a strengths-based model of thought ("What's strong in you?"), participants learn how to apply practical trauma-informed techniques in their everyday lives.

The way we think about, reflect on, and address trauma needs to evolve as we learn more, and participants in Chefalo Consulting's Trauma-Informed Masterclass are creating the change we need in communities across the world.
