The Santa Clara County Chapter of the California Academy of Family Physicians is hosting a conference on April 20, 2024 which will focus on next steps for a positive ACE screen and evidence based treatments for childhood trauma. We are flying in Duke psychiatrist Dr. Harold Koenig, we will hear from doctors in public health from the Harvard Human Flourishing Project, patients with high ACE scores who are thriving and successful, and many more fantastic speakers.
There will be 6.25 hours of CME for doctors through the AAFP (also AMA cat 1 hours).
We have breakout tracks for doctors, government leaders, recovery professionals, and clergy who interact with high-ACE individuals and families.
Lunch and dinner are included.
This is going to be an amazing conference with cutting edge research which will help us learn how to promote primary and secondary prevention of ACE-related morbidity and to build more resilient communities.
