Yolo County Children’s Alliance survey

Yolo County Children’s Alliance is requesting your participation in a short survey to gather input which will be utilized to inform important organizational planning efforts to strengthen the organization to better serve our communities.

Your responses are confidential, and your participation is voluntary. The survey will take you about 10 minutes to complete. Your relationship with YCCA will in no way be affected by your participation or your decision not to participate.
