Yolo County Office of Education (YCOE) is in the process of applying for the 2021-2024 federally funded Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY) grant administered through the California Department of Education. The intent of the grant is to facilitate the identification, enrollment, attendance, and success in school for children and youth experiencing homelessness. In addition, the grant will help ensure children and youth experiencing homelessness have equal access to the same free, appropriate public education as provided to all other children and youth. YCOE is seeking stakeholder input to inform the grant's program plan. Please complete the survey by November 6, 2021.
