Racial Equity Learning Lab for Non-profit leaders

Are you a nonprofit leader interested in creating an anti-racist future in Yolo County?

On every other Thursday morning in May and June, we will be hosting a learning lab for nonprofit leaders who are interested in creating a shared understanding of how racial inequities, attitudes, policies, and practices have collectively created predictable adverse outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and have shaped their institutions. Addressing the root causes of racial inequities builds organizational accountability needed to address underlying causes of racial inequities and moves an organization toward establishing a commitment to becoming a culturally responsive organization.

Our ideal participants are nonprofit leaders (staff, board members and volunteers) who are willing to grow individually and desire to implement equitable and culturally responsive practices into their organizations, contributing to a more racially just nonprofit sector in Yolo County.  We are grateful for the support of the City of Davis Arts and Cultural Affairs program to make this program happen.

Apply to participate in the learning lab by filling out this short application form.  Price varies by organization size.  APPLICATION DUE APRIL 26th!
