2. Update of Yolo ACEs activities
3. Review of ACEs Connection home site and Yolo ACEs Connection site.
We went over how to post blogs, where to enter calendar events, how to access all the groups on ACEsConnection.com (hoping everyone has a chance to review the groups to see if there are any of interest you would like to join!). Make sure that if you are receiving these Yolo County ACEsConnection updates that you are also receiving ACEsConnection Daily Digests. If not, let us know, we want you to get all the great informaiton available on ACEsConnection! We decided to go a few things every month so we'll cover some other features at our meeting next month. If you have any questions or missed our first session, let Gail, Anna or Jane know and we can give you a tutorial if you are interested!
4. Steering Group creation - we decided in order to keep the efforts moving forward with our Yolo Co group that we would create a Steering Group (SG) which would meet the first Thurs of the month to develop drafts of materials, etc. in advance of our Yolo monthly meetings. Currently, Anna Sutton, Karleen Jakowski, Julie Lanston, Regan Overholt, Jane Stevens and Gail Kennedy are a part of the group. If others are interersted in being part of the SG, please let Gail know.
4. Yolo County ACEs Connection Strategic Goals and Principles - We review and voted to accept the draft Goals and Principles as presented. We will get them up on our Yolo site very soon!
5. We discussed taking the Strategic Goals and creating a detailed workplan for the year based on the Goals. Julie and Ramy volunteered to work on it and present it back to the group at the April 17th meeting.
