Please join CommuniCare for a fundraiser to support the installation of the Hansen Family Health Center Garden and Outdoor Classroom.

Mingle and network in the beautiful Edible Learning Garden. Delicious and locally-sourced appetizers and beverages in partnership with Savory Cafe. Decadent desserts provided by Nugget.
