All Counseling, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Substance Use Disorder Treatment services are still available, and we are accepting new referrals. In order to support staff and patient safety, we have implemented telehealth options and those services continuing in our clinics will abide by all the recommended precautions intended to reduce exposure risk to COVID-19. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol inductions are available. We offer medication management, peer support, and overdose prevention with prescriptions for Narcan/Naloxone. Please call for consultation or services.

Integrated Behavioral Health
We are currently seeing new and existing CommuniCare Primary Care and Dental Patients for counseling services Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:30 pm with some evening hours available. Services available for children, adolescents, and adults in English and Spanish. Please call the clinic where you get your Primary Care or Dental Services.
