I just found this very compelling report from the Brookings Institution which describes multidimensional poverty. As I was reading the report, I reflected on our conversations about whether ACES impact certain groups differently (e.g. Latino population in Sonoma County). Maybe this report brings us closer to understanding this dynamic? Multidimensional (compounded?) poverty seems to be a significant construct, which I had not previously understood.
