Course Description:

This 90-minute webinar training will enhance clinicians’ skills for discussing unsafe behaviors in a safe manner without victim-blaming. It reviews data

on clinical use of a tool to measure unsafe behaviors (UBI-Y) and explores the safety drive biological imperative within the framework of Polyvagal Theory by Porges. Attendees will learn how to build clients’ safety skills using the “It Makes Sense” activity and the Anytime Safe Action Plan worksheet.
