This Saturday is an opportunity to lend your support to our youth and continue the momentum of Strong Families, Thriving Communities (SFTC) by attending Youth Will’s San Diego Child & Youth Development Master Plan Kickoff Conference. The Master Plan is the culmination of a year of effort by San Diego young people and Youth Will, who is a critical partner in continuing to push forward the priorities laid out in the SFTC Blueprint for Action after Clinton Health Matters departs San Diego in 2020.
For the past ten months, youth from across our region have been sharing stories of shared struggle and developing a common vision for the community they want and need to live in. Having identified the most successful practices from across the country, our young people are inviting us to join them on Saturday, October 26th from 10 am - 1 pm at Logan Heights Library to begin creating San Diego's first-ever Master Plan for Child and Youth Development.
