The place-based outcomes (in the home, in the school, in the community) reflect four years of collective synergy evolving into Collective Impact.
Access to Health Care, Parent Leadership, Pre-School/Early Childhood, Restorative Practice/Justice, School Climate and Youth Leadership are integrated within Cherokee Point Elementary School and expanded to Wilson Middle School and the City Heights community.
