Community Benefit Grant Application Request for Kaiser Permanente for Riverside

 
Kaiser Permanente is requesting proposals for our 3 Year Community Benefit Grant Funding Cycle (2017 - 2020). 

The online application will open on February 15th and can be accessed at  https://www.GrantRequest.com/S...SA=SNA&FID=35288 

The deadline for submitting your complete grant application is March 15th at 2:00 pm. 

Grant awards range from $24,000 to $60,000 under the following 4 funding priorities: 
Access to Health Care 
Economic Security (Financial Wellbeing) 
Mental and Behavioral Health (Social and Emotional Support) 
Healthy Eating Active Living

  • Grant Workshop breakfast on February 15th, 9:00 - 11:00 am at the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center, 5601 De Soto Ave, Woodland Hills 91367 Entrance B, 1st Floor Auditorium A & B
  • Grant Workshop lunch on February 21st, 12:00 - 2:00 pm at the Camarillo Public Library 4101 E Las Posas Rd, Camarillo 93010
