Excellent post! Thank you! And yes Bessel and Drs Robert Scaer, Stephen Porges, Dan Siegel and Peter Levine, Bruce Lipton, all have added immeasurably to our understanding that trauma is a bodily experience. I love being able to facilitate for others in this time of greater synthesis and understanding.
