Diane, This is a problem a number of users (including our founder Jane!) are having due to their mail program stripping out the HTML of these types of emails, which sounds like what is also happening in your case. Unfortunately we have not found a solution. Jane plans to explore it further through Apple support, but believes it will take some serious digging.
