Gregory~ I'm just replying as a parent ~ I work on allowing my son to come up with his own ideas on solving problems (real or unfactual problems), encouraging him to be in his creative side ( drawing, listening to music, both of which he enjoys) after difficult times he may be experiencing, and being consciousness on how I handle life adversities with my actions ( as even though he's a teenager, I'm sure he's still absorbing actions like a sponge :) ....and when I mean I work on it....it definitely takes work, I don't always succeed.
