All parents have stress, some more than others, and support and help make the difference. As the Minnesota chapter of Circle of Parents, MCCC partners with communities to offer peer-led, mutual self-help support groups for parents and children throughout the state. At group sessions, parents support each other and develop leadership skills that transfer to their families and communities. As one participant said, “Every parent struggles. We are there to guide each other in the right direction.”

The Circle of Parents Children’s Program Training is designed to train individuals as facilitators of Circle of Parents Children’s Program. The training is free to participants who would like to lead and facilitate a Children’s Program at any Circle group in Minnesota. The content of the training is created by Minnesota Communities Caring for Children and utilizes training resources from the Circle of Parents National Network. For more information about Circle of Parents, visit circleofparents.org.

Please Note: Food will be provided, but not daycare.
