Even before receiving this email from Trauma Informed Los Angeles, I was having a conversation with my sister about how the Holidays remind me of the people who are no longer with us. The logical part of me knows that people cannot live forever, the emotional part of me is sad about the loss and even a little angry. Thanks Andi for sharing Randi Pearlman Wolfson's insightful wisdom. We are all grieving the loss of loved ones as the circle of life continues... I'm going to purchase Randi's book “I Wish I had a Book to Read: Helping a child’s heart heal when someone special has died" and share with the children and youth I facilitate Youth Leadership with weekly.
