Great Cheri. I know youʻre with PIDFʻs Tūtū and Me program- does your program do yoga with caregiver and keiki?

Some of the teachers incorporate yoga stretches and breathing techniques that we learned through Conscious Discipline. It's like doing Hanu mai, Hanu aku.
