Webinar: How local health departments & PACEs coalitions can make the most of PH Infrastructure funding

Join Bill Barberg, Michael Quinn Patton, and Nora Murphy Johnson in a concise, action-focused, 30-minute webinar on August 2 to learn how PACEs coalitions can team up with local health departments to benefit from the nearly $4 billion that is being allocated to public health departments as part of a new funding program.  State responses for this funding are due August 15.

This flexible funding will flow to and through state health departments, and key priorities include expanding and training the public health workforce, community partnerships and collaboration.

The webinar shares how PACEs coalitions can team up with their county health department (and those in neighboring counties) and propose that a key focus of the funds should be strengthening the capacity of local coalitions to better prevent and address ACEs and improve the development of young children.

Join this webinar to learn how to tap into valuable resources and work together so the resources in each state have an amplified impact.   The webinar will share how state and local health departments (and their community partners) can enhance strategic planning, system thinking, collective impact, evaluation and system change.
