I just realized that I did not give any info on what I'm doing to reduce inflammation. And thinking about it, I may need to write it up offline and post it when I've got it put together. Fortunately the dietary interventions are tasty! The supplements are readily available at any local mega-mart. I don't sell any of them, so no profit to me.
