I just finished writing in my Journal and it was exactly on these lines today that are expressed in the YouTube. I have started to follow Dr Gabor Mate who worked in Vancouver with addicts and and now has a private practice where he explains how abuse carries into adulthood and can rob us of having full rich lives.
