And I had to laugh when you called me out for using the word "client." lol I was at a training recently and the presenter used the term "participants." I have mixed feelings about that one too. And I've sat around while they go on the CDC site to learn about ACEs but this is more direct and time-saving. Also, I love the title. I'm currently in the beginning stages of implementing TIC into the agency I work for so this definitely caught my eye. Just submitted a training request to my employer! I'm curious if you have worked with care managers and/or adult mental health residential services to implement TI practices.
