Check out the book written by Dr. Nadine Burke Harris. She is a pioneer in this field and has written one of the most comprehensive and easy to read texts on the subject. It’s called The Deepest Well.

The series has been developed in collaboration with therapists, educators, parents and healers and is designed to promote mental/social/emotional health, body positivity and imaginative play in kids 4-10 , with the ultimate goal of preventing self-hatred.
