I’m kind of bad here because I didn’t read your entire reply but this area of somatic complaints and concerns over behavioral problems like ADHD - is really where I started asking the ACE questions mixed in with a bunch of other psychosocial questions - and the ACEs were always very high. Seeing no other comments I wanted to check in to see if you've found good care with someone who can connect well with your wife. I was once a family doctor and ended up retraining as a trauma therapist and specializing in chronic illness.
