Thank you Victoria for sharing your experience of EMDR and for vulnerably sharing some of your childhood and residual experiences. I can relate on many levels. The more we actually articulate our experiences, the more opportunity we give others to realize we're not alone, and the more we actually provide examples of how so many of us learn lies about ourselves as a result of our parent child interactions. You're not alone. You have many allies on this journey to autonomy and empowerment.
