Greetings,

My name is Dr. Tezeru Teshome. I am a Postdoctoral Research and Teaching Fellow at the University of San Diego and have served as a Juvenile Justice Commissioner since April 2016.

For my last semester at USD, I created two project-based civic engagement courses involving USD college students and high school students from the San Diego County Office of Education.

I would like to invite you to a virtual youth civic engagement forum, where students will share original proposals on building equitable youth-adult partnerships within SD Police and Probation.

We welcome your feedback, expertise, and wisdom in further developing student ideas into infrastructural possibilities!

Questions/RSVP, please email tteshome@sandiego.edu
