I do not know how we approach this.... But WE MUST.... This is what I have to say: When I was in medical school at Michigan, I was ready to commit suicide. Having attendings throw things against the wall was too much for me. There were no books to help people who were really messed up by their parent's except "Toxic Parents" which I read a 1000 Times.
