If you were trained in ACEs, you should have also been trained about resilience.   ACEs changed the name to PACEs to make sure that we look at how positive experiences can balance negative ones.  It shows us ACEs are not a life long sentence, but can be mitigated by positive experiences, and support.   But, the training hasn't changed much.   I would think you could review resilience and positive experiences, and give your staff an update.   I would be glad to help if you want me to, just let me know.   I like this link https://lindsaybraman.com/posi...od-experiences-aces/

I have a training and consulting company.  My training is based on the evidence based Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework as well as other well known research regarding trauma and protective factors.

I can train virtually or travel and present in person.  My website has information about topics and services as well as written and video examples of my work.  The site  is Creatingresilience.org.
