Hello!

Over the past several years, we've created a lot of free resources addressing the physiological causes of mental health, such as hypoglycemia, nutrient deficiencies, lack of sleep, lack of movement, and more. From this, we published a workbook last year with New Harbinger (Fuel Your Brain, Not Your Anxiety). Based on the feedback we've received, the majority of people who have benefited from our resources, are people who have experienced trauma and discrimination.

Now we're looking for the next way we can be of service. Would you be interested in taking a short 3-minute survey to let us know what topics you think would be helpful to have new resources around? We promise we're not selling anything - just trying to identify gaps where we can provide meaningful support.
