What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
I am not an educator, policy maker or mental health expert. I am a messenger; one who has lived with ACE's and has gained wisdom thru being trauma informed. Irrespective of any adverse childhood experiences I’ve been able to transcend, I will always remain standing with those who still suffer. The world needs to hear our stories and may they be told with courage, fierce determination, hope and a level of compassion that reverberates throughout the communities that greatly need to hear them.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I have a high ACE score and I'm on a mission through writing and speaking to bring awareness to this cause to help mitigate the negative consequences of trauma and show that pathways to resilience is attainable. The entire world needs to be trauma informed and there is much to do.
