What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)

I am a mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother of 5 grandchildren. I work as a clerk at a local Senior Center in our town. I am also a mental health and childhood trauma advocate, as well as a local freelance writer.

What organization(s) do you volunteer or work for?

I work with a senior center.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?

I come from a history of transgenerational trauma.
