Where: By Yolo Public Library near Community Park off 14th St.
When: Saturdays 9 a.m. through the summer
Who: All are invited, bring your family. A playground, at North Davis Elementary, is available for children to play (unsupervised). Some yoga mates are available but a beach towel works fine too.
Yoga Moves Us started in the Spring of 2015 as part of its effort an expand yoga programs into other cities and neighborhoods. Yoga Moves Us is reaching out to communities one neighborhood at a time, connecting people through yoga and championing healthy habits. They are a nonprofit organization encouraging health and Wellness as well as community connection throughout California and beyond. The goal is to create Wellness for the practitioners and a deeper feeling of community in neighborhoods.
