From Alfred:

I am a Black (African American) therapist who draws upon the relevant shared experiences of myself and my clients. I will walk side by side with you as we develop a personal roadmap for you to navigate life’s challenges. Having a therapist who is objective, empathetic, and has practical experience with severe trauma can be extremely helpful in treatment. I bring a lived experience approach to my practice. I know extremely well what it’s like to hit rock bottom and bringing that perspective into my practice has been invaluable to those struggling to take that next step in the process of healing and resiliency.

Yes, I will hold space for you until you can hold it for yourself. I use wit, compassion, evidence-based practices, and a strong foundation of personal growth and experience to help move people into actions of growth.

No matter what you’re going through, there is a way out. Let me help you with developing a personal vision, integrity, self-honesty, and awareness. Together, we will explore your options.

Hi, I'm also working as a therapist in California. So as a black therapist in California my aim to help those black people who feel shy or any other problem in telling about their mental health condition. In California, many black people are suffering from different mental illnesses and only a therapist can help them to get rid of these issues.
