Good video. I saw it a while ago. We reference him in our workshops. I was actually on the doorstep of his office in Boston (Brookline) before I even knew who he was. I'm a former carpenter, and I like the round entry porch. Then later, after I got into teaching TRE, my partner decided to send him a copy of he Mixed Emotions cards, and looked up the address. We had just been there about a year and a half earlier. Google map, street view, rotate left 45 degrees - "Hey, isn't this the house where you went up on the porch?"

Not long after, my son calls from western Massachusetts. "You ever heard of Bessel van der Kolk?" I of course said yes, and asked why. "He's in my Shakespeare intensive and we've been discussing drama and trauma healing. I thought of you."
