I just completed the CMBM introductory training. I know that a group of people in Sonoma Co who were trained a few years ago, and I am looking to see if anyone is currently doing the work in this community, particularly with children?

Thanks for posting this question. Yes, we have multiple people who have been trained by the Center for Mind Body Medicine - however, I am not aware of anyone who is currently offering services? For folks who are interested, here is more local Sonoma Resilience. Thanks, Karen
Hello Jenni, I am so glad you reached out and posted the ask! Such a wonderful program, as I mentioned to you I was a participant and it was such a powerfully positive experience for me. I'd love to have more discussion with you around offering to children. Perhaps contact the Gravenstein Health Action Coalition, as I know they had played a part when I participated. My fav tool was the BioDot, I use it as a tool for other trainings I teach!
