An Equinox gathering and circle for healers, caregivers and all those tending to those in trauma from the fires
Many of us have been serving the community and individuals since the fires, but we also need healing for ourselves, so we thought it would be helpful to have a place to come together for just that purpose. Come connect with like hearts as we integrate the past and set our intentions for the future--both for ourselves and for the community!
Come connect with a potluck, then dive deep into a lovingly guided circle (with options for just hanging out as well)
We are inviting all healers, caregivers, first respnders and any who have been bringing emotional/physical/mental support to the traumatized in our county.
The flow:
5:00 doors open
5:30-7pm Potluck and Connection (optional)
7-8 Sharing Circle
8-8:30 Integration and healing with guided meditation
8:30-9 Interactive Intention Setting
9-10 open time for sharing, socializing and treats
Bring a pillow to sit, healthy dish, snacks or drinks to share and something for the altar if you like.
Donations will be requested to cover our costs, pay whatever works for you.

Please Note: We are also hosting an Equinox Healing Circle on Tues March 20th 7-9pm at Sonoma Rebound (453 College Ave SR) which is open to all fire survivors and the community
