- This survey is getting parents' perspective on the transition of child care from the Department of Education to the Department of Social Services (DSS). It's a great opportunity to provide feedback to DSS on improvements that can be made to the child care system.
- This survey is for parents of children under 6 years old to get their perspectives on their child care preferences. You will get a $5 gift card for completing this survey.
