West County Community Services is hosting a Facebook Live on December 13, 2021, at 6:00 PM where they will be giving an update and hosting a discussion on current and planned housing and mental health services available in Greater Sebastopol.

Items to share and discuss include:
-focus of Sebastopol Homeless Outreach Coordinator
-Park Village successes and updates
-Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and how to access it
-Mental health walk-in and group support available at Wellness & Advocacy Center
