At our March meeting, we discussed a refresh of the “ PACEs Connection Santa Clara County ” online community. We suggested a new Network name, tagline and “About This Community” section. We also proposed creating a logo for our local group that is different from the broader PACEs Connection to help promote our local actions. For anyone who was not able to attend the March 30 th meeting, or who has more input to give, this survey is a final opportunity to submit input on the proposed changes.
