Opioid and Methamphetamine Coalitions
Methamphetamine and Opioid use and its effects to the person and the community is one of the most serious problems facing Sacramento County. To counter the problem Sacramento County has formed two coalitions to address the issue. Police Killings Vicariously Impact Mental Health of Black Americans [madinamerica.com]
A new study, published in The Lancet, examines the spillover effects of police killings of unarmed Black Americans.
