Its wonderful to go to a summit and learn new material that will help the community and those who support those in need. Dr Pickens was a wonderful key note speaker and I encourage you to check out his work at iOpening Enterprises. One of the take aways I received was connection to the Professional Quality of Life Assessment and the concept of "reflective supervision". Wish my supervisors would of had this knowledge to help with my burnout when it occurred. Self care is so important in our fields.
