New Director Sacramento Gang Task Force

Councilman Rick Jennings announced yesterday that we now have a new director for the Sacramento Gang Prevention and Intervention Task Force. Khaalid Muttaqi is returning to Sacramento from his time as program manager for the City of Santa Rosa’s Violence Prevention Partnership. As many of you may remember, Khaalid was very instrumental in the development of our own Task Force. We’re looking forward to his return along with the wealth of knowledge and experience that he gained while working with Santa Rosa’s task force initiative.
