Harder+Company Community Research is currently working with four hospital systems in the Sacramento region - Sutter Health, Dignity Health, UC Davis Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente - on a landscape assessment of trauma-informed approaches. The goal of the assessment is to hear directly from providers and residents on opportunities to further efforts to create trauma-informed and healing-centered communities in the Greater Sacramento area.
This is where Resilient Sacramento Community Members and others with whom we work come can help.
Harder+Company Community Research will be hosting six focus groups with residents to discuss how community services can do a better job of taking into account all aspects of Sacramento residentsβ culture, race, and gender identities, and focus on prevention and healing for physical and mental health and social well-being.
They need our help with spreading the word to get as many residents involved in these focus groups as possible.
